It pertains to our ability to fix copier issues the first time we come on-site. We stock parts for your machines on our service vehicles and keep an inventory. First Call Effectiveness means our service technicians are going to do a complete check of the machine being serviced, perform any upcoming maintenance, and replace any wearing parts while they are there to keep you up and running even longer. We have the best rate of FCE in our industry and we go to tremendous lengths to keep it that way for maximum customer satisfaction!
